1. Interpretation and Definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural:

• Account: A unique authenticated profile created for you to access our Service or specific features like bookmarks, reviews, or tool submissions.
• Service: The website, features, tools, and content accessible from aicentralresources.com.
• User Content: Text, reviews, ratings, pros and cons, descriptions, logos, or links submitted by users to the Service.

2. User Accounts and Security

To access premium features, write reviews, or submit tools, you must register for an account.

• Accuracy: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. False info may lead to immediate account termination.
• Credentials: You are responsible for safeguarding your password or WebAuthn passkey. Do not disclose your password to third parties.
• Security Audits & Lockouts: To safeguard account integrity, we log active sessions and track failed login attempts. In the event of a potential brute-force attack, accounts are subject to automatic temporary lockouts (e.g., locking login functionality for 15 minutes after 10 consecutive failed attempts).
• MFA: Users are highly encouraged to enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) or cryptographic passkey features in their dashboard.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing (Stripe)

We offer free and premium subscription tiers:

• Pricing: Subscription plans (e.g., Upgrade to Premium - $99/mo) and their billing cycles are displayed on our billing page. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Payments: All transactions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the recurring fee to your selected payment method.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled via your account dashboard's Stripe Customer Portal.
• Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle. Past billing periods are non-refundable unless required by local consumer law.

4. User-Generated Reviews and Conduct

Our Service allows you to submit reviews, ratings, pros/cons, and usage contexts for listed AI tools.

• Authenticity: All reviews must represent genuine, first-hand experiences. Paid, incentivized, or malicious reviews are strictly prohibited.
• No Self-Promotion: Tool founders or affiliates may not review their own products, nor submit negative reviews of direct competitors, without explicit disclosure.
• Moderation: We reserve the right to approve, reject, edit, or permanently delete any review at our sole discretion.
• License: By posting reviews, you grant AI Central Resources a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, translate, and distribute your content across our platform and marketing channels.

5. AI Tool Submissions

When submitting an AI tool for listing:

• You warrant that you are the owner or authorized representative of the tool.
• You represent that all submitted information (descriptions, logos, screenshots, prices) is accurate and up-to-date.
• We do not guarantee approval. All submissions undergo editorial review. We reserve the right to categorize, tag, edit, or reject listings.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), design layout, codebase, logos, and features are the exclusive property of AI Central Resources. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the site without our written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AI Central Resources, nor its directors, employees, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including billing errors, service outages, or data loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
